This piece is constructed of 100 etching prints on thin handmade paper, cut to shape and glued together into a paper garland with a crocheted loop to stretch out to its full extension. The drawing was created from a pineapple crochet pattern that was a favorite of my grandmother. The piece is meant to embody and celebrate strength in femininity.
